    Experience indicates that it is very hard to pick your own pattern as there are usually some aspects that you prefer were not there. This is normal. This concept takes some effort to get used to :-)

    Descriptions will generally fall into a 'best fit' scenario in following the Pareto Principle to differing degrees. By the 'numbers', it means that 80 percent of your behavioural style comes from 20 percent of the factors described. In some cases, e.g. mine; it's more like a higher ratio – 99/1. It's pretty spot on. In a pure sense, everyone is unique - like DNA - but that would make this technique useless :-)
